Terms of Use
Last updated: November 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of Sendomate and SendSMS.
Agreement to these terms
By using Sendomate and SendSMS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. [Company legal name and address]
Acceptable use
You may only message people who have agreed to receive messages from you. You must not send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful. You are responsible for the content you send and for following the laws that apply to you.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, send spam or unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms others or the service. We will act where the law requires or allows it.
Limits and availability
SendSMS uses your own phone and SIM and has a daily sending limit to help protect your SIM. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change features or limits as the service evolves.
Carrier charges
Because SendSMS runs on your own phone and SIM, standard carrier rates and limits from your own mobile plan apply. You are responsible for those charges, not Sendomate.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account and gateway login secure, for getting consent before you message anyone, and for the content you send. You must not use the service to break the law or any third party's rights.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited. We are not liable for indirect or accidental losses. We provide the service without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the Philippines unless the law says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
